Skirlington Car Show – Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Event details

Each ticket admits one person to the Skirlington Car Show, a leisure event scheduled for Saturday 18 April, between 10:00 and 14:00.

Children under 12 may enter free and do not require a ticket.

2. Refunds & cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable, except where the event is cancelled in full by the organiser.

This event is a leisure event provided on a specific date and is therefore exempt from the statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund.

3. Change of venue

In the unlikely event that the original venue becomes unavailable, the organiser reserves the right to relocate the event to a suitable alternative venue within the local area, including Strawberry Fields.

Where a venue change occurs:

•          The event date and time will remain the same, where reasonably possible

•          The nature and purpose of the event will remain substantially the same

•          Tickets will remain valid for the relocated venue

•          Ticket holders will be notified via email and/or official event channels

A change of venue alone does not constitute cancellation and does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

4. Event changes

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including layout, attending vehicles or clubs, trade stands, and catering.

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Admission & conduct

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

5b. Dogs & animals

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the event, but must be kept on a lead at all times. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any animal that poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other attendees. Dog owners are responsible for their animals at all times.

6. Owners’ Paddock – Display Vehicle Participants

The following additional terms apply to ticket holders who have been selected to display a vehicle in the Owners’ Paddock.

Display vehicle participants must arrive between 7:00am and 9:30am. Entry after 9:30am cannot be guaranteed and the organiser reserves the right to withdraw the display space without refund.

Display tickets are issued per person and are non-transferable. The number of tickets purchased must correspond to the number of occupants attending with the vehicle.

Display vehicles must remain in their allocated paddock space for the duration of the event and may not be moved until the organiser confirms it is safe to do so at the close of the show.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that was not confirmed for display, or that does not match the details submitted in the original application.

Vehicles are displayed at the owner’s own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of any display vehicle or associated equipment.

Inclusion in the Owners’ Paddock is at the sole discretion of the organiser. Selection does not confer any right to attend future events.

By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the Organiser and its partners — British Motor Touring, Skirlington Market, and Strawberryfields — using images of your vehicle for promotional purposes across their social media channels prior to the event.

7. Liability

Attendees enter the event at their own risk. The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal property, or for damage to vehicles, except where caused by proven negligence.

8. Photography & media

Photography and videography may take place at the event. By attending, ticket holders consent to potentially appearing in promotional media.

9. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Ticket Terms & Conditions.
