The Paddock at Whitehall Estate: VIP Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter

The promoter is British Motor Touring, The Motor Touring Company LTD. (“we”, “us”).

2. Who can enter

2.1 The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2.2 Our team, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected to the giveaway can’t enter.

3. How to enter

3.1 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary, and buying a ticket doesn’t improve your chances of winning.

3.2 You can enter in either of these ways:

(a) Fill in the entry form on our website with your name, email address and phone number.

(b) Follow British Motor Touring on Instagram or Facebook and enter through our giveaway post, following the instructions in that post.

3.3 You can enter once through each method. Duplicate entries through the same method will only count once.

3.4 Sharing a post or tagging friends is never a condition of entry.

3.5 We aren’t responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or can’t be read for technical reasons.

4. Opening and closing dates

4.1 The giveaway opens on [opening date] and closes at [6:00pm] UK time on Friday 27 November 2026.

4.2 Entries received after the closing time won’t count.

5. The prizes

5.1 Main prize: one winner receives four VIP tickets to The Paddock at Whitehall Estate on Sunday 16 May 2027. Each VIP ticket includes:

access to the VIP marquee

afternoon tea with prosecco

early entry from 9:30am

reserved seats at the main stage

5.2 VIP upgrades: we may also give away VIP upgrades, which turn a standard ticket into a VIP ticket. We decide how many to give away. To use an upgrade, the winner must hold, or buy, a standard ticket for the event.

5.3 Second place mystery prize: we may choose to award one or more second place mystery prizes. If we do, more than one entrant may win one. We decide the number, nature and value of these prizes, and we’ll reveal them to the winners when they’re contacted.

5.4 Prizes are for The Paddock at Whitehall Estate on Sunday 16 May 2027 only. Prizes don’t include travel, accommodation, food or drink beyond what’s listed in 5.1, or any other costs.

5.5 There’s no cash alternative. Prizes can’t be exchanged or sold.

5.6 The main prize winner may give the other three VIP tickets to guests of their choice. Under-18s must be with an adult.

5.7 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may replace it with a prize of similar or greater value.

6. Choosing the winners

6.1 Winners will be picked at random from all valid entries.

6.2 The winners will be drawn and announced live on Instagram and Facebook at 7:00pm on Friday 27 November 2026.

6.3 Our decision on the winners is final.

7. Contacting and claiming

7.1 We’ll contact winners by email or phone shortly after the draw.

7.2 Winners must reply within [7] days to claim their prize. If a winner doesn’t reply in time, or isn’t eligible, we may draw another winner.

8. Announcing the winners

8.1 By entering, you agree that, if you win, we may share your first name and the first letter of your surname, and your town, online and on social media.

8.2 Winners can ask us for these details at [contact email] once the giveaway has ended.

9. Offers to entrants

Any offer we send to entrants after the draw is a separate promotion. It isn’t a prize under these terms.

10. Your data

10.1 We’ll use your name, email address and phone number to run the giveaway and to contact you if you win.

10.2 We’ll only send you marketing emails if you’ve agreed to receive them. Marketing emails are optional and aren’t needed to enter.

11. The event

11.1 The event line-up and timings may change.

11.2 If the event is cancelled or postponed, prizes will move to the new date or a replacement event, or be replaced with a prize of similar value.

11.3 Prize winners must follow the event’s own terms and conditions on the day.

12. Social media

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

13. Our right to disqualify or change

13.1 We may disqualify entries that break these terms, are fraudulent, or use automated or bulk entry methods.

13.2 We may change or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary. If we do, we’ll let entrants know.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
