Your entry includes:

• Professional photography of your vehicle on the day. Every display car is individually photographed.

• Live DJ all day.

• Awards ceremony with live judging. Display vehicles are eligible for awards.

• Access to all show attractions: funfair, VR sim racing, trade stands, food and drink, fully licensed bar.

• Full professional photo and video coverage throughout the day.

PLEASE READ: Arrival and departure conditions.

Display vehicle arrival: 8:00am to 9:00am strictly. Gates close to arriving display vehicles at 9:00am. No exceptions. Late arrivals will not be admitted to the display area.

Display vehicles must remain on site until 3:00pm. Early departure disrupts the show for spectators and fellow exhibitors. If you cannot commit to staying until 3:00pm, please do not apply.

Show opens to spectators at 10:00am. Show closes 4:00pm. Strawberry Fields, Bridlington, YO15 3NG.

Open your order confirmation email and screenshot it, showing your order number. Save it to your camera roll. This is your entry pass for the display vehicle arrival gate. Have it ready and visible before you join the arrival queue. Do not wait until you are at the gate to search for your email. If you wish to come with others and they arrive in a seperate vehicle -please let them know to purchase spectator tickets on our website promptly as tickets are limited.
